These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Brightland Resort & Spa concerning your access to and use of our website as well as your stay at our resort.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate plan chosen. Rates are subject to change and applicable taxes.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with company procedures and/or requests regarding conduct and respect for the property of the Resort, its employees and guests.
Brightland Resort & Spa shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to your personal belongings during your stay, nor for any injury, accident, or illness that occurs on the premises unless caused by our gross negligence.
