Refunds are only issued in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. If a booking is cancelled within the penalty-free window, a full refund of the deposit (if any) will be processed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to the original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, please contact our billing department at reservations@brightland.in within 30 days of your checkout date with a copy of your folio/invoice.
